Weekly Review:
This week, Baisha common rice in Zhumadian, Henan, was priced at approximately 4.15-4.25 yuan/jin (approximately 100 grams), while Haihua common rice in Linyi, Shandong, was priced at approximately 4.05-4.10 yuan/jin (approximately 100 grams). 308 common rice in Jinzhou, Liaoning, was priced at 4.05-4.15 yuan/jin (approximately 100 grams); Xingcheng Huayu 23 common rice was priced at approximately 4.05-4.10 yuan/jin (approximately 100 grams). The purchase price of 308 common rice in Jilin production areas was 4.20 yuan/jin (approximately 100 grams). With generally improving weather in Henan, Hubei, and other regions, the new season spring peanuts are gradually entering the harvesting and drying stages. They will subsequently enter the market, increasing market supply. Please pay close attention to downstream purchasing trends. Currently, the downstream market is not yet fully prepared for holiday shopping, and peanut purchases are still primarily on-demand. Overall, prices for both new and aged peanuts are expected to remain stable in the short term. However, the new peanut market in Jiangxi Province exhibits a differentiated performance: currently, new peanut supply is limited, but market demand remains strong. Influenced by the supply and demand structure, local new peanut prices are showing a strong, slightly upward trend.
02 Peanut Oil
For Week 33 (August 11-15, 2025), the national average price of peanut oil was 15,900 yuan/ton. Reference prices are as follows:

Weekly Review:
This week, domestic prices for both regular peanut oil and small-pressed fragrant peanut oil remained stable. Strict control over peanut raw materials and high costs have impacted prices, leading to strong quotes from most mills and ample room for negotiation in actual transactions. Peanut oil demand is currently weak, but rising international oil prices and tight peanut oil supply are supporting market prices. The overall peanut oil market remains on the sidelines, and is expected to remain stable next week, awaiting the peak season.
