01 Peanuts
Week 49 (December 1st-5th, 2025): Domestic peanut prices mostly remained stable, with some areas showing weakness. Supply was generally low, and transactions were based on quality.

Weekly Review:
This week, the peanut market saw narrowed price fluctuations and stable prices in most producing areas due to a stalemate between supply and demand. Locally, prices only fluctuated slightly depending on inventory and shipments. In the short term, with the procurement scale of major oil mills like Luhua unclear and no signs of recovery in the consumer market, the market will maintain a weak balance, with limited room for price increases or decreases. In the medium to long term, if continued weak consumption makes it difficult to release restocking demand, peanut prices may face downward pressure due to insufficient demand. The long-term price difference between Northeast and Henan producing areas may lead buyers to favor Henan peanuts, which offer better value, further exacerbating the regional supply-demand imbalance. High prices in Northeast China will face greater adjustment pressure. Furthermore, oil mill procurement strategies (especially adjustments to procurement scale and standards) directly affect market confidence and price trends. In the later period, it is necessary to focus on shipments from producing areas, oil mill dynamics, and demand improvement to cope with potential market volatility risks.
02 Peanut Oil
In week 49 (December 1st-5th, 2025), the national average price of peanut oil was 15,700 yuan/ton. Reference prices are as follows:

Weekly Review:
This week, the peanut oil market price remained stable with a slight decline, mainly due to slow sales. Affected by the overall economic environment, demand was weak, leading to price reductions to alleviate supply pressure. Oil mill operating rates are gradually increasing, resulting in ample supply. Currently, international edible oil prices are weak, dragging down peanut oil market prices. In the short term (1-2 months), peanut oil prices may continue to fall.
